COACHING PROGRAMS

 

EXECUTIVE COACHING


These 1:1 engagements provide an executive or top leader a confidential environment tailored to their leadership needs. During these sessions they will gain self-awareness, clarify goals and develop objectives to unlock their potential.

1:1 COACHING ENGAGEMENTS

A set of coaching sessions for a specific individual or set of individuals custom fit to their goals. Often delivered over a weekly or bi weekly time frame. Additional sessions can be added as needed. 

  • 6, 8, or 12 sessions packages

COACH ON CALL

Designated days for your teams to have 1:1 access to a coach. Biweekly or monthly cadence.

  • 1 day monthly/ 4 total sessions
  • 2 days monthly/ 6 total sessions
  • 3 days monthly/ 9 total sessions

COACHING COHORTS 

1:1 coaching programs that specifically support your Learning & Development initiatives. 

Often paired with an L&D workshop offering.  We provide coaching that support the development of your employees and makes the content in your coursework “sticky.”

HOW IT WORKS

 

 1. Interview & Assessment

Your coach will interview you to understand your current situation, key players in your sphere of work, and general development goals.

One or more assessment instruments may be used:

  • Myers-Briggs 
  • Interaction Styles or Essential Motivators
  • Temperament and Cognitive Processes
  • 360 Leadership styles or Emotional Intelligence
  • Design thinking
  • SCARF assessment for psychological safety

2. Development  Plan 

Your coach will determine a development plan for you in accordance with your requested areas of development.

Examples areas could include:

  • Executive presence and personal brand 
  • Management and leadership best practices
  • Conflict management and managing difficult performance conversations
  • Understanding various working styles and competencies required in different roles
  • Influencing and generating buy-in
  • Communication practices
  • Presentation and facilitation skills

3. Coaching Sessions

Your coach will meet with you 1:1 for confidential conversations where you can discuss your areas of interest and gain skills in connection with your goals.  

Sessions are:

  • 50 minutes in length
  • Held weekly or on a twice a month 
  • Conducted via Zoom 
  • Completely Confidential

You get email and phone access to your coach as needed in between sessions.

Your coach will share additional resources in between sessions as appropriate.

With 13 years as an HR director with some of New York’s top design agencies, Caru's knowledge of workplace dynamics runs deep.  A “leading-with-heart” philosophy informs her attentive, values-driven style, which aims to enhance professional fulfillment and break the cycles of slow progress afflicting both individuals and organizations.

As an executive coach with over 25 years’ corporate business experience, Mike led the global Learning & Development function at both eBay and ServiceSource.
